Shamanic Energy Medicine for Social Partner Dancers
To become the King or Queen of your partner dancing communities now requires full ownership of your energy and reclamation of your own ancesteral histories. In this 3 hour workshop, Dr. Jennie introduces the basics of the Andean medicine wheel with basic yogic mind and body practices and wisdom from the Venus-Rose lineage to help social dancers be healers of their mind, body and community. Then she introduces each dancer to their own ancesteral lineage and lets them hear why dancing is so vital for their wellness. The workshop ends with a demo and open social dance practice where the tools are integrated into basic social dancing to illustrate that we are ALL healers and can build a better and healthier community simply by being open to see how our individual energies can create a more vibrant nightlife for all.
